Every paid plan includes monthly meeting hours. Here is how they behave.
Monthly resets
Meeting hours renew every month on your subscription date, annual plans included. Unused hours don't roll over.
Counted as you record
Hours count the time you actually record, not rounded up per meeting. The app shows what's left and your next reset date.
Reading doesn't count
Opening, searching and editing past meetings uses no meeting hours.
More when you need it
Add-ons for your plan are shown in the app, one-time or monthly, with the price before you pay. Extra capacity expires at the next reset. Enterprise capacity is invoiced.
One shared pool, allocated your way
Each paid Team license adds 40 meeting hours to your organization's pool. Admins decide how many hours each member gets, with no equal split required, and can move unused hours at any time.
