Summary, mind map, and actions
MeetSmara Intelligence — structured summary, interactive mind map, and action items after you stop recording.
When a meeting ends, MeetSmara Intelligence runs three jobs in parallel: summary, mind map, and action items. Open the meeting from Home if you left the live view.
If a job fails, use Retry on that tab. You need a transcript; empty recordings cannot generate artefacts.
Summary
The Summary tab holds the executive write-up: discussion, decisions, open questions, and next steps. Sections are editable. Evidence links jump back to the transcript.
Use Share on this tab to send the write-up to Slack, Notion, Google Docs, and other connected tools — see Share and follow up.
Mind map
The Mind Map tab is a topic tree. Click a node to jump to the supporting transcript. You can rename, add, or delete nodes, export PNG or SVG, and regenerate.
Action items
The Action Items tab lists tasks with assignee, due date, and priority. Add your own, mark complete, or bulk-select and Create tasks in Linear, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, and similar connectors.
