Plans and usage
Beta minutes, the usage bar, what happens at 100%, and read-only after a trial ends.
MeetSmara is in beta. New signups get a beta plan: 600 meeting minutes per month, full product access (live translation, connectors, unlimited template tabs), for one month. After that, the trial-expiry job can flip the account to read-only until you subscribe.
The sidebar shows your plan badge (BETA / PRO / PREMIUM / ENTERPRISE) and a minutes bar.
During the month

| 0–~88% | Green bar |
| ~88–99% | Amber bar and a soft warning |
| 100% | Transcription stops. Notes and transcript so far stay saved. |
Enterprise may show Unlimited instead of a bar.
After trial expiry
Without a paid plan, capture and transcription turn off. You can still read past meetings. Subscribe (or wait for public pricing at launch) to record again.
Public Pro / Premium / Enterprise prices will appear on meetsmara.com/pricing at launch. Beta users keep full connector and translation access while the beta plan is active.
