Settings

Open Settings from the sidebar footer. Changes apply immediately unless a page says otherwise.

General

App language (English, German, French, Italian), theme (the desktop app supports system / light / dark), default translation language, and meeting language hints.

Audio

Microphone and system-audio devices, level test, and headphone tips. See Audio capture.

Glossary

Custom vocabulary at global, workspace, or project scope, with optional translation mappings. Import from a file. Plan caps apply (for example Pro 10 terms per project, Premium 50). A token budget meter shows how much room you have left.

Speakers

Saved speaker names and optional photos. When you rename someone in a meeting, you can pick from this list. See Live transcript.

Templates

Browse built-in post-meeting structures, duplicate them, or create your own. Applied from the meeting + tab. See Review and edit.

Prompts

Starter prompts for the / menu in live, post, and global chat.

Calendar

Google Calendar and Outlook connections, which calendars to show, and Open the meeting link when I start. See Calendar.

Notifications

Toggles for the start-meeting prompt, summary-ready, sync errors, usage warnings, and trial reminders.
